Freelance admin gets painful when evidence and context live in different places. A receipt screenshot is only useful if future-you knows why it exists. I am testing a very small workflow: capture the receipt, add merchant/project tags, and export a monthly summary.
I am a solo developer working on a small receipt organization app for freelancers. Curious how people here currently keep context with receipt screenshots before tax time. Is a lightweight tag + export flow enough, or do you prefer sending everything straight to accounting software?
